Jo is a Registered Massage Therapist, Coach and owner of Element Wellness and Performance. She has been in the health and wellness field in Alliston for over 20 years.

Her primary focus is to create a safe and effective strategy tailor-made for her clients unique goals.

During Jo’s career, she has continued to advance her skills and client care, and provides Kinesiology Taping, Massage Cupping, FMT Blades (IASTM - instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation), and team + group training and conditioning.
